   New listings are checked before they go live. Until then they stay Pending Review and aren't public.

   Receive enquiries and viewing requests

   Renters' messages and requested viewing times appear in your dashboard. Accept or decline viewings there, and reply to renters directly.

   Keep availability current

   Tap Still Available to reconfirm. Listings not reconfirmed within 14 days are hidden from search until you confirm again.

   Mark it rented

   When it's taken, mark the home as rented. It leaves search and its page tells renters it has been rented.

  You're advertising the home directly as its owner or landlord. Renters see your listing marked Owner Direct.

• Registered Agent

  You're a registered estate agent. Your listings show Registered Agent with the REN number and agency you provide.
